Livingston installed all the carpets in the upstairs bedrooms and a portion of our basement, in the play area. They did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the work they did. The crew was very nice and knew exactly what they were doing. Everything was good except the cleaning up. I am not very happy for that. I did pay for the cleaning up fee but they only took two-third of the old carpets away as their van had no room/space. They didn't come back to pick up the rest. I had to take care myself. The owner Mr. Livingston who is an extremely nice person. He offered us a very good deal so that we can keep the carpet style which we were really like.

We always aim to ensure you are pleased with the complete job and have the finished product inspected before we leave. I do apologize that all the old carpet was not taken away.
