Let me start off by saying...I'm sooo glad I found these guys!!! :-) Top notch, professional work by Vitaliy and the crew. We had a total of 20 potlights installed (basement and kitchen) as well as under kitchen cabinet lighting (incl. lights in the kitchen drawers themselves). Had various receptacles and switches replaced, installed new light fixtures in the porch area, lights in front of the garage, in the garage and motion lights on the side of my house. Now my house is very well lit! LOVE IT! These guys are going to be my electrical team going forward! Very reasonably priced, patient and trust worthy bunch. Thanks for all the hard work guys! :-)

In a word, BML is FANTASTIC! We had an old 70's/80's kitchen that needed to be replaced badly. Bohdan and Leo completed our kitchen in a day and a half. They were very detailed with measurements and offered great suggestions. Looking for the RIGHT kitchen installer is challenging. I searched high and low. I'm VERY pleased I found these guys! If you're looking for affordable, detailed kitchen installers...just hire these guys. You will NOT be disappointed! K.M.

I've used Magic Monkey's service in the past. Never been disappointed with their services. This go 'round I needed my eaves cleaned around the whole house (it had been awhile) and I required installation of an elbow joint from the downspout in my backyard. Patrick cleaned our eaves thoroughly. One of the downspouts was missing a screw and out of place. He made sure it was in there securely. Might seem like a small thing but, it's the little things like that I appreciate. The elbow joint I needed to be connected to the downspout was in a tight corner of my house. Very tricky. I really needed this done because there was no elbow joint there. Water was going straight down into the downspout close to the house. Nothing redirecting it. But, Patrick was relentless and determined to make it work. In the end he installed it perfectly! I would not hesitate to contact Patrick for any eaves cleaning and downspout issues I might have. After speaking to a number of Waterproofing companies (I spoke to 9 in total), I decided to go with Aqua Tech. They performed work in and around my house just before the Civic holiday weekend. Salva and Bob (the gentlemen who performed the work) were GREAT! They covered up all the areas they worked in and cleaned up everything after the worked was completed. They worked very hard and quickly! All done in 1 day! While the boys were working, I had a scheduling conflict (my fault, not Aqua Tech) with another company. So they had to stop working for about an hour so this other company could perform their work. Salva, Bob and Andrew were kind enough (and very patient) to wait until they were complete (Appreciated that guys! Thanks for hanging in there :-) Andrew, the Project Consultant, was FANTASTIC as well! His professionalism was a breath of fresh air. Thank you to Salva, Bob and Andrew. Dryer duct outside my home damaged and the hole was wide open for rodents etc., to enter. Was recommended from other company (they didn't service my area) to contact Tyler, the owner, at Dryer Vent Wizard. What a GREAT find! Tyler and I spoke yesterday and his son Leighton came by my house today and replaced the outside duct and foil tubing. Nice young man! Professional. Called ahead that he was on his way (I appreciated the heads up :-). When he arrived, he presented his card and put his shoe covers on when he entered. :-) We proceeded to the basement. I thought I just needed the outside duct replaced but, after Leighton educated me on the potential fire hazard issues with the foil style tubing, I went ahead with replacing it. I just want to say...you know how when you search on Homestars and companies are "10 out of 10" and you find that they are just resting on their laurels (I've searched extensively looking for the right people to perform various jobs around my house) with high ratings and you receive poor service? NOT these guys! They are the real deal 10/10! Pro from the very first conversation. If I have friends or family members that have issues with dryer vents, I will HIGHLY recommend these guys!
