Lucky granite has been extremely unprofessional . The install team was dirty and showed no respect for our home. The office staff does not do what they say they will. Damage was done by the install team and the office staff did nothing to facilitate repairs , at different points through the process they expected us to repair different issues. They also took final payment before the job was complete .

"On November 3rd , they installed kitchen & bathroom counter tops . when installing the kitchen counter top they damaged one of the cupboard doors . there was a few other issues , sink drains , faucet , finish caulking . over the next 2 weeks all of the items were repaired or fixed except the door damage. Numerous e mails were never answered about the door , then 3 weeks after the installation date , they took the second half of payment without notification"
This was your exact response on our other review website (BBB). As you said yourself we did set up many service calls to rectify the issues and also placed 50% of payment for 3 weeks after the job had been installed to ensure sure satisfaction, the last thing was the door damage which was not in our profession, so we contacted our cabinet guy to take care of it. We sent you an email and left a message but you didn't reply. We're so sorry that you had such an experience with our service but we 100% tried the best that we could.
