An Atlascare service technician cleaned my ducts which were very dirty. He was professional, efficient, and thorough. I am very pleased with the outcome and won't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

My stove did not work at all. It would trip the breaker every time it was plugged in. A technician came out and said it would cost $280 in labour but he was fairly certain he would be able to locate crossed wires or something. He seemed to fix it but I didn't realize until after he left that the warming drawer element was on and could not be turned off so I had to unplug. Company says that is a different problem and that they would have to charge me a second service call ($80) to come out plus layout to fix. They say I signed off on it working. They took no responsibility for the fact that the technician inadvertaintly (I assume) caused this problem. I did not get them to come out again. They are not to be trusted.
