Quality Quest contacted me quickly. When I described the problem, he suggested a replacement garage door opener was the solution because mine was old and obsolete. But when he came the next day to look, he realized it was only a broken cable which he promptly replaced. He was pleasant and honest. When I do need to replace the opener, I would call him again, as he gave me an honest and modest quote. One other company gave me a quote for replacement which was almost double.
