broken AC on a hot saturday could have been trouble, spoke to one company told me that I needed to replace motor--Noah from Laird fixed it for a few hundred bucks and was on my way!@!
Had a leak in the flat roof over the garage--they were professional-accuarate-clean and reasonable--and the only company that even called me back for such a small job! bravo i highly recommend these guys
