We have recently had the pleasure of hiring Carlos Betancourt, Bethancourt Professional Chandelier Studio. 416 829 2539 or 416 225 8409. We have some lovely crystal chandelier that need careful cleaning and care. Carlos was amazing!! The chandeliers have not sparkled in this manner since the day we purchased these. He carefully disassembled the chandeliers, cleaned the crystals until they sparkled (using natural products that had no scents), and reassembled the fixture to perfection. He replaced and repaired any wires, crystals, electrical parts, lightbulbs with no fuss or difficulties. He was polite, kind, effective, considerate, and a pleasure to have in our home. He arrived when he said he would and estimated his time well. His prices were reasonable and fair. There were NO worries. We required two new crystal ceiling fixtures for our main hallway, which is narrow. Carlos gave us some names of suppliers, helped advise us as to what type of fixture would look good there, and arranged for a better price, remarkably so. When one of the fixtures seemed to not shine after a few months, Carlos returned, noted that the base of that second fixture was not of the same quality material, took two crystals from each ceiling fixture and photos. He returned with the new base that was of the correct materials and explained that the crystals were fine. He replaced the new base, then washed and replaced all the crystals so they sparkled. He even changed some of the lightbulbs. Truly a wondrous event. Today, was the third time Carlos had been to our home to do the work, twice for cleaning and once for this repair; and each time the results were of equal excellence. We recommend Carlos Betancourt Professional Chandelier Dresser highly. Carlos was recommended to us by a fine chandelier store owner, informing us that Carlos “dresses” all the crystal chandeliers in the extensive store. Dear Violetta, Our kitchen granite counter was installed on May 8th by your company, Marble Treasure Inc. The counter looks beautiful, elegant, and as though it "was always there". I wish to thank you for your assistance, decorating generosity, and for your extraordinary efforts in going to the location to personally view the granite slab, as a reassurance to us. I would never have thought to choose those colours and designs, especially since we wanted a combination of the vintage and modern, and that was achieved. The concept of "filling in" the overhang so it looks like a solid thick granite slab is "perfect". The simple edging design suits the decor and is "seamless". The granite shelf at the pass-through is so lovely, viewed from both the kitchen and the living room areas. The installers came to our home at the time promised, were efficient, and left the place tidy. Therefore we are very pleased that we chased your company, Marble Treasure Inc., and would not hesitate to recommend your company.
