I have used perfect little maid for over 7 years, biweekly. The employees are great at their job, when they show up. Jackie the owner is terrible at communicating. She will ghost you and not respond for days on end, say she didnt receive your messages and leave you hanging. I have no idea how she can run a business successfully - her administrative skills need a serious tune up. Its a shame you only get a response from a company after you fire them. Do yourself a favour and find a company that will actually respond to their clients and dont waste your time hiring perfect little maid.
