I experienced a back up of sewage in my downstairs bathtub and then a backup in my downstairs toilet due to tree roots penetrating my main drain pipe. Gus and Jesse were able to spot the source of the problem without having to dig and replace any pipes in the ground when other companies were telling me that a replacement was needed. They were honest, personable, efficient, knowledgeable and explained the process in detail and even showed me where the roots were by camera which they were then able to cut using the appropriate tools. Their integrity and expertise not only solved the problem but saved me a lot of time, money and future concerns.
