Love the company and purchased appliances for 2 kitchen renovations. However, I will never go there again...never! my garburator broke down (4 years old) and I called to have them activate warranty. They told me warranty had expired and tried to sell me a new garburator. I googled the appliance and found it to have a 7 year warranty....interesting. When I called the sales person back to discuss he immediately put me on hold and passed me to the customer service. This guy Joe G got both of my orders in the past 6 years and couldn't spend a moment on the issue. The customer service person said she would call me back and that was 4 days ago. Good news, Whirlpool came and fixed it. Don't shop with Joe...his after service stinks. I will go elsewhere because of this experience. It is not good enough to be nice in the show room, I expect good after sales service. Sorry Joe I know a lot of decorators and this will be on their radar as well.

I thing that TJ's is a fantastic! I brought a really damaged chair and Milton re-invented it for me. He is a perfectionist and it really shows. I told my Mother and she has now brought 2 of her chairs to Milton. That says it all!!
