Really we were not expecting this level of professionalism coming from this young man, considering what we've been through with contractors, etc. Chico always provides clear information First as to how he will go about his plan for the day. Very respectful, very knowledgeable (as he started at a young age in the industry) and always explain things phone calls in a professional manner. A man of his word, to my mind. 110 % I'll see him on our next project.
