From the start John Watts was great. Explained the system, basic features and additional features and accessories that were available. He attended at our house to explain how and where everything would go before installed. Unit was installed with care and as if he was installing it in his own house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, neat, clean and on time. John took the time to explain every last detail of the system once installed and answered every question posed to him. John also cleaned up the dust and any debris, leaving my house clean as it were. I would highly recommend SkyKnight Security to anyone who is in the market for any type of Alarm System.
