I hired Keino and DEH to complete a small office renovation. The scope of the work had to be reduced soon into the project when we realized that a city permit was required to install a room dividing partition in one office (the fact that he did not know this before should have been the first red flag). The only time he moved with any haste was chasing me to collect the initial deposit. After that, thw work slowed down significantly with days where no one was on site. It took 4 men three days to paint a 700sf office. Keino constantly failed to follow instructions, had to be reminded repeatedly of information previously provided, has extremely poor communication skills and eventually abandoned the job half of the way in, despite being paid for the job, claiming that he had to move on to other projects. I would not recommend him or his company to anyone. I have had to find a new contractor to complete the abandoned job
