Youre provided an installation time window which is not met. No communication from them as to the delay. When they finally arrived 3 hours after their installation time window, I was told that my one day installation is now a 3 day project. My 3-day project turned into a week because the installer rescheduled twice. The sales rep Mike, just wants to make a sale. Doesnt care to confirm or review anything with you. Not a man of his word. I would totally avoid. All in all, I would not recommend them to any friends or family. I pull their sign off my lawn immediately.
