We purchased our murphy bed wall/cabinet unit in spring of 2021 for about $5,000. Initially, we were VERY pleased with our purchase. The unit had very limited use until the summer of 2023 when we had visitors for a 2 week period who slept on the bed. Unfortunately, a faulty installation led to a complete failure of the bed's structure during the first week of our guests visit. VERY embarrassing to say the least!. Not withstanding the company's ownership admitting they had since fired the contactor who installed our unit and now do all their installations using inside staff, they did absolutely NOTHING to support their product, other than telling me how much it would cost them to fix it-not their fault?....I will fix it myself!!.......could never recommend this company to anyone!
