The entire process was pleasant with this professional team. The team was very efficient in all of their communication and coordinations, no time wasted, everything completed on time and exactly as described. Theyre very meticulous and pay very close attention to every single detail of their work. Another thing that I appreciated very much was the cost saving ideas that they shared with us. During the sales process for example, they didnt push for a complete redo of the kitchen, even though it would have been easier and more profitable for them. Instead they suggested multiple cost saving ideas and helped us focus on what would bring the most bang for our buck. This was really great and we appreciated it very much. But heres how they then took it to the next level. During the execution phase, they realized that because of one of the cost saving items, the finished product wouldnt be something that they would accept if it was their own kitchen. So they added this to the scope of work (labour) but without increasing the cost for us or extending the project timeline. They absorbed this by putting extended hours on their side to respect the original completion date. During the execution phase, they stayed within scope (no oh we need to get this other piece or part that we didnt account for and its going to cost you this much more incidents). And in terms of effort, labour and design, they went above and beyond. Execution was even better than sales. Their mentality during the execution phase was What can we do to make this kitchen the best that it can be within the agreed design and material constraints?. After sales follow up and touch ups was the icing on top. They raised the bar at each of our interactions. The mentality that I think they had during the end to end process was 1. we want to make the experience a kick-ass one for the client. 2. we, ourselves, want to be proud of the end result. They have cultivated a great culture at their company which paired with their skill set is a recipe for success.
