I posted a request for a quote on installation of a new AC unit and relocation to opposite side of the back deck. I received a very reasonable quote within an hour and was enjoying my new AC the following afternoon. Everyone involved was very pleasant and professional, I am very happy to know that I now have a reliable company to call if I need any other maintenance on my AC of furnace. I was hesitant about the cost of calling a plumber but after couple of days of living with a flooding basement and not being able to fix the problem myself I found DrainWorks on line and called for help. I was very impressed with the professional and very prompt service. Jeremy was at my door within an hour and the problem was fixed soon after. The cost was reasonable and I only wished I had called sooner. I will be recommending DrainWorks to others and am glad to know they are there if I ever need help again.
