Hate to write this, but others should know.... Worst contractor experience of my life. Attempted to double-bill me numerous times for materials used (eg. heated floor mats, garbage removal) and their plumbing subcontractor insisted I urgently needed $9,000 of emergency work done but wouldn't provide any evidence when requested (I paid for a second opinion out of my own pocket and CCTV video and plumber confirmed there were no issues whatsoever). Overall work was generally of poor quality and tradesmen had to come back numerous times to fix or redo the work. As a result the job (a small bathroom reno) took nearly 6 months to complete. They did a nice sales job and quoted what seemed to be a fair price, but completely failed on the execution. Be very wary of these guys! Edit: Have spoken to THIG and confirmed that they did this project.
