When we decided to update the decor of our main floor I called Nanette immediately. She did an amazing job for us in the past on our basement and we really like her style, her collaborative approach, the way she works within your budget, but also the way she pushes you to try something new. Within a week we were picking out paint colours, Blinds and light fixtures. When picking these she's made the most out of what's already in the house so even pieces that we didn't change look like they were chosen intentionally. I worked with her preferred contractor Melina who was amazing and really responsive. Her team did a fantastic job, were courteous and paid such attention to detail. We are so pleased with the final result and needless to say we continue to go to Nanette for all our design projects.

We recently discovered raccoons living in our garage. Gates was extremely responsive and was able to book an estimate within days of my initial phone call. The technician they sent was very polite, friendly and efficient in identifying and solving the problem. He also gave us suggestions how to avoid similar problems in the future. Thank you for the great service, we're very relieved to have the raccoons out!

We hired Nanette to consult on our basement renovation. We wanted to add a new bathroom and bedroom and finish the rest of the basement. Nanette suggested different layouts for the basement, colour schemes, lighting solutions, and took us to some amazing vendors to source materials. She also recommended a contractor, Peter Lum. I am so glad we went with Peter, he and his crew are extremely experienced, knowledgable, talented and trustworthy. The added benefit of going with Peter is that he and Nanette do all the coordinating behind the scenes, a you don't have to worry about every little detail. I've already recommended Nanette to my sister, and will continue to recommend her for anyone looking for advice on a small or large project - it's worth the money!
