As the executor of my father's estates, I am preparing the house for sale. I originally contacted John to paint the whole house - walls and all the ceilings. Once we got the house empty some problems were discovered, the roof had a leak and there was some seepage on the back of the house which caused mold on the walls in one room. Painting - Let's just say that John and his team put the Perfect in Perfect Painting. The walls were carefully repaired where needed, filling all holes and repairing a few larger holes in the walls. Everything was sanded and then primed and at least two coats of paints. The ceiling were also painted. Everything looks like new. Other Work - The ceiling in the kitchen needed to be replaced, the popcorn ceiling was taking off and new drywall was put up. Drywall was also replaced in the room with the mold. It all Looks great now. John was able to source a bathroom vanity and installed that as well. John is truly a professional , he keeps you informed through out the project and had lots of good advice. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend John for your project.

I am preparing a house for an estate sale. There is a large backyard and front yard. The backyard was quite overgrown and had quite a bit of deadwood, sticks brush around. Dan was prompt in responding and able to provide a quote right away. Bloom did a wonderful job cleaning everything up, cutting the grass and weeds, and tidying up the whole yard. In the front the weeds were remove and woodchips were put in the flower bed. This was approximately 1.5 days of work. The yard looks great now. I would highly recommend Dan for your job.
