We were hired to legalize an unlawfully built deck. We provided the necessary drawings, submitted to the city, and received a legal permit in a timely manner.
In your review, you mention that only half the job was done; You are referring to the fact that we didn't construct the deck, that is because Cadaxx Design does not offer construction services.
We apologized for this confusion.
You indicated that if construction service was not offered as part of our quote, that our price was very high. As a goodwill towards your unhappiness with us, we did offer to price match a quote from any other design company. As of today, we have not heard back from you.
Once again we are sorry that your experience with us was not positive, and we will take this as a learning experience for the future.
