I hired 2 bins from 310-dump in a span of two weeks. The quote was reasonable and delivery was on time. However, it was never mentioned to me that there were additional fees for going over weight. By the time I received my credit card bill, I was more then surprised to find that the extra fees amounted to double the original cost of the bin (300$ and350$ quoted, 1400$ in extra charges). I was more then surprised, as I had only filled the bins 3/4 full. It would have been cheaper for me to hire 4 bins instead of two...does this make sense? I made phone calls to 310-dump everyday for 7days to clarify the charges. Each time I was promised a manager would call me back, but they never did. I felt ripped off, and ill never rent a bin from them again.
