Would only work on delicate cycle.I emailed this company and they replied almost immediately and had a serviceman there the same day. The part was removed and I was told it would be 2-3 days to try to fix if possible or else a new part would be used. True to say the new part was installed on the 3 rd day. The service man was very informative and polite. iwould definitely call them again.
