This company was doing some work across the street from me and I needed help with a small stucco repair. We agreed on a day and price - so far, so good. The team completed the job but did fairly sloppy work, including leaving stucco spatter on my windows and awning. I sent Yusuf a photo and he said he would come by to clean it. A week passed and I called him: yes boss, Ill come clean it. No show. I call him back. I sense some attitude and remind him that he said he would come make the fix. We agree on a day; another no-show. Then he tells me to call him back in 3 weeks which I did, except this time, my call goes straight to voicemail so I sent him an iMessage > and noticed my message was not delivered. Turns out hes blocked me. I call from another line and mention this and he gets belligerent because he was attempting to block my call. Ridiculous. Im glad this was just a small job. Cant imagine dealing with such juvenile nonsense on a real project. Save yourself the aggravation.

We had a tough situation where we couldn't remove an old bathtub cartridge. Other plumbers jumped to conclusions and proposed breaking tile in order to access the valve but without first coming to see the issue. Drain King offered to come take a look to try and remove the cartridge prior to proposing more drastic solutions. The service was on time, efficient, and courteous. An easy recommend.
