James and Isaac came by to help me with some safety concerns that were raised during a home inspection. They addressed all the concerns, were patient and courteous, and answered my many questions about the process. During their work, what initially seemed like a small problem in one area of my home revealed itself to be a much larger problem. They explained the situation and helped me understand what the next steps would be, complete with approximate durations and costs of that job.
