Renato Boskovie originally came to our house to service our furnace. He was punctual, courteous and very informative. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and was very thorough. He not only serviced our furnace but also changed the filter in our humidifier (which we had unfortunatel neglected to change in a long time) and provided us with information about the best filters to use. He was so thorough that he actually also changed the batteries in our thermostat for us as we hadn't done so yet. While he was servicing our furnace I mentioned to him that we had issues in the winter with our furnace shutting off because snow would either form or be sucked into the pipe no matter what we did. Renato explained to us that the pipes outside our house (responsible for taking fresh air in and exhaust out) had been done improperly. Our fresh air intake was too close to the floor and there was insufficient spacing between the intake and the exhaust which caused condensation to form in the pipe which would then form snow/ice which choked the furnace and caused it to shut down). He then took time out of his busy schedule to come back a second time to our home in the same day to fix the issue (he actually left to get materials he needed and after another appointment squeezed us in). We were very impressed with him and he was the first person to accurately identify the issue and correct it. We had contacted numerous other companies in regards to this issue before and they just told us we would have to go outside and clean out the pipe manually whenever it happened (not practical when this happens numerous times in WINTER!). All in all we were very impressed and his services were reasonably priced given that he addressed two issues (regular service +correcting faulty piping). We would not hesitate to recommend him or to use him again in the future.

We just had our fence installed last weekend. Can Do Fence and Deck did a great job! They were quick, organized and were well equipped. They were easy to get a hold of and also very accommodating (last year the town did not pass our grading and we had to push back the date for the fence and this was no problem at all). They do good quality work at a good price. We would definitely recommend them!
