I saw a chair online and when I went to the Sherway store it was not available. Fortunately the salesperson was able to order one to a location closer to me and I picked it up a week later. A pleasant experience however the only downside is a ridiculous return policy on sale items. If I took the chair home assembled to to see if it for the space I couldn't return it. Only if I left it in pieces could I take it back.... not useful for a furniture company that sells unassembled furniture.

Trent did such a great job on our front porch we asked him to come back and take a look at our back deck, where the deck boards were rotting away. In typical Trent fashion, he listened intently to our request, and then not only gave us a quote on that but provided other options which he felt would be good to consider. His attention to detail was wonderful, and even proposed a garbage chute in the new deck to make taking out the trash much more conviennt, and free up a bunch of space in the shed! He also took the time to point out some major errors/oversights in the past owners' design, and was able to correct them in a timely, cost efficient manner. As always Trent you're a pleasure to work with and we look forward to our next project together.

Chris was recommended to me from another Homestars Vendor. I had an urgent situation with a broken fridge and 2 small kids who needed cold milk, and Chris re-arranged his schedule to fit me in. Trent did a great job on our porch! We wanted to build handrails for our front porch, and when Trent came to give us a quote (within 3 days of contacting him) he mentioned that he would be able to build the rails, but also noted that we should consider whether we wanted to replace the porch as it was rotting and would only last a couple more years. He also outlined how we should re-build the stairs to ensure that it was safe for my parents and toddler. What we appreciated about Trent was his honesty, punctuality, and attention to detail. He was upfront about progress, costs, and any areas where we needed to consider changes or keep an eye on. We are very happy with the end product, and look forward to working again with Trent for upcoming projects. Many of our neighbours have commented on how good the porch looks! Thanks again Trent.
