The paint on my first floor (kitchen, living and dining, bathroom) was 14 years old; also there were tiny cracks around the sealant around the door and window frames. I was impressed that Mo patiently and carefully scraped away the old sealant and re-sealed before painting. He also carefully covered floor/furniture (very important for me) to prevent unnecessary mess. Im very happy with the final finish.
