His "sales presentation" was outstanding - detailed, un-rushed, and very credible in terms of product knowledge. I had received a quote from another company earlier and while Richard was a little higher in price, I had no hesitation in going with Richard as he was a lot more service-oriented and provided a much better customer experience. Richard scheduled the install 2 days later and the furnace was installed on time with no issues and works like a charm.
