Quick and Perfect Renovation did a beautiful job finishing my basement. Waseem answered all of my questions and stayed responsive and transparent with me throughout the project's completion. I received regular updates from him on WhatsApp and always knew what work was being done every day. Waseem provided consultation on how best to execute the few adjustments I requested as the project developed. For instance, my daughters wanted a secret lit cubby space/reading nook under the staircase to the basement, and I wanted shelving in the laundry area. I also wanted to transform my cold room into a pantry/storage area. Waseem and his team made these things happen for us. Everyone who sees my basement is impressed with the quality and workmanship. In addition, Waseem's team was respectful and really took pride in their work. My daughters and I now spend more time in the basement than the family room. I couldn't be more pleased to have this additional beautiful, and functional living space. Alongside the finishing the basement, they also replaced the flooring in my family room. The exhaust fans in my upstairs bathrooms both stopped working. The JP Current technician did a fantastic job replacing them. He put in upgraded units that are surprisingly quiet and my concerns about too much moisture building in the bathrooms are now addressed. The job was done in just a couple of hours and as well all my questions about the units and installation process were answered. Really great work!
