Sami arrived when he said he would each time Looked at the dryer and hoped is was the timer Recommend a new dryer after trying a new timer in the old one that did not fix the problem which he did not charge for Came back to uninstall the old one and returned once more to install the new one He was very informative and I am extremely pleased with his work I would definitely recommend him for appliance service
