Sunready was amazing to deal with. We had a job that required fixes from prior work that was improperly done. The previous contractor was hired to remove our old planter and replant cedars in a bed of river rock and install proper backyard drainage (first picture was before any work was done). Unfortunately, they did not realize the amount of work involved to replant the cedars and left them as is which was not even with the rest of the backyard. The drain pipe was not even properly installed as it was not deep enough in the ground, nor properly measured as it was protruding from the ground. They didn't even have enough river rocks to cover the cedars and drainage pipe. The only thing they did was remove our planter and dispose of the waste. (second and third picture shows their shoddy work). After letting the previous contract go, we hired Jordan and his team who were exceptional. They understood our ask and were clear about what they could do to fix the situation. They reinstalled the drainage pipe by digging the proper depth and cutting to the proper length so it would be completely below ground, dug out the cedars to replant and level it with the rest of the backyard and used larger river rocks to cover the ground which looked great. The price for the job was so reasonable that we were even able to budget the removal of a weed tree! (fourth picture shows the final work) They were punctual, communicative, listened to our concerns, professional and highly knowledgeable which gave us the confidence to trust them with the task. Would highly recommend them!
