Galaxy windows did an exceptional job replacing all 16 windows and 3 doors in our house (front door, side door and storm door/ enclosure). Dimitri and both Alex were great to work with. We brought in several companies to bid on the job as it was very large; Dimitri was straightforward and honest in what would work and what would not and the pricing was competitive. The windows were manufactured within the specified timeframe (actually earlier than forecasted). We had Alex from the install team who was very polite and respectful during the install. There were a few minor issues that came up with one window being manufactured slightly different to the measurements, one broken screen and a scratched handle. It was great to see how prompt the Galaxy team was to rectify each issue to ensure we were completely satisfied. The replacement window was ready within a week and the other minor issues with the screen and handle were fixed prior to the job being completed. I would highly recommend - there is a reason why Galaxy's reviews are so high.

We have used twintech on 3 occasions for both minor fixes and gas line adjustments. They were easy to deal with and thorough. Prices were fair.

We have used Chris's services on 2 occasions. One small roof repair and one larger job to replace all plywood and shingles on our roof. Both jobs were emergency fixes and were fit in between his other engagements. His crew works very hard and long hours to ensure the job was completed as quickly as possible. There was one error made by his crew which he rectified with little trouble. Chris's prices were transparent and reasonable. Would recommend to my friends and use again.

The experience with Luciano was amazing. We needed a structural engineer to develop drawings to double the size of an exterior doorway for a new window. Turnaround of the drawings was fast and on-time. Luciano went above and beyond to ensure this project was a success, he spoke with the permit office when they were holding up the permit due to questions. When the installer went rogue and didn't follow the approved drawings he spoke with the inspector and the installer multiple times to ensure they were rectified. We will be using his services again and recommend him to anyone needing this type of work.

We needed our AC unit replaced in the summer of 2021 as the old unit died. After calling multiple places we finally called buttons. Spoke with Todd - he was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. We didn't go with the cookie cutter solution most companies were proposing and we ended up going with a bit of a higher end model. 2 years later we are still very happy. The install process was great, the tech took the time to go over everything. We choose to do the annual maintenance package for the AC unit and our furnace (which was installed by another company by the prior owner). My only complaint is that I wish the furnace and AC unit could be serviced at different times of the year under the annual maintenance plan and not on the same visit which is a minor thing.
