Ravi called me right away and took the time to understand the problem I was facing. I had undertaken a plumbing repair that still leaking. He explained how I could fix the problem myself. Although I said I would be happy to pay for his professional advice, he said it was not needed. I would not hesitate to phone Ravi again for any plumbing issues knowing he will give me an honest assessment and quickly respond to a plumbing emergency.
