My wife and I believed that we had a squirrel or two inside our Mansard roof. We called Sherwin who came by expeditiously to tend to our issue. Sherwin went up the ladder and took some videos of the roof and the opening and informed us that it was actually Raccoons. Sherwin then explained the issues with regard to Raccoons, their babies and so on and dealt with the our problem by installing a one way door for them to leave but not return. He is a stellar man with great knowledge of his profession. He is courteous, respectful and wonderful to work with. We recommend him highly.

Horrible customer service. Install was to start on a Thursday. They didn't show.. Told Friday, then Saturday. They arrived two weeks later!! Screen that was installed is used and is now jammed and has to be replaced. The remote actually says "showroom" on the back so its clearly been used elsewhere..
