I noticed some missing shingles on my roof and called around to get it repaired. Stephan was the only one that was willing to give an upfront quote (180 + tax) after he looked at google earth view of the roof to make sure it is not a complex slope. Rain was coming on the forecast and I needed it done fast to prevent further damage. Stephan was able to arrange for it to be done next day. The work was done quickly and professionally. Pictures were given and I was really glad I called because the damaged shingles was worse than I anticipated. Thanks to Stephan, the roof got repaired just in time for the rainy spring.

Andrea, Nelson and Kimberly are such a pleasure to work with. Our project was to renovate and furnish the main floor of the house. We have a budget in mind but was not sure if everything we wanted to do would be do-able. We used the turn-key package for Andrea's services. Design and Sourcing: After the initial meeting to establish what we are looking for, we gave her a budget. Andrea worked within our budget and was able to deliver a design options that made our home finally feel like ours. Working with her made us feel like we have a trusted friend to make sure we have a design that looks good put together and sourced items that are within budget. She manages to strike the right balance of giving guidance and turning down bad ideas while still respecting our preferences. I was pleasantly surprised at how much she made herself available to us for design consultation, sourcing selection and being present to coordinate delivery and installation at the house. Working on the house: Nelson did most of the contractor work (kitchen reno, powder room reno, and repainting the main floor rooms) and we were very impressed at how he managed to do it while keeping the house life-able. He did the setup and cleaned up every day to make sure our daily life is not impacted too much. The work is done professionally and promptly. He was very courteous in answering our questions and accommodating to our tweaks along the way. Kimberly handled most of the e-mails and logistics coordination and he kept both us and Andrea+Nelson synced up very well. We are very pleased with the end result and highly recommend their services.

I found a leak in the wall behind the laundry after heavy rain. Clarke's quote is not the cheapest, but "you got what you pay for" rings true here. Others will just drill around the leak and inject polyurethane that fills up the crack. Clarke's FlexiSpan does that, but they also seals the inside with a flexible epoxy that will keep the seal in place even if the wall shifted after (common in new constructions, before the foundation settles). The job was done on time and the wall have not leaked ever since. I got the written transferable warranty certificate in the mail afterwards.

I needed a lot of hardwood floors to be rebuffed just before moving in. Timing was the essence and I needed a crew that can do the job right the first time. Scott handled all the e-mail communication promptly and Keen did all the work site inspection on time. Since the floors have some damages, Keen had to do some minor repairs as he prepped them to be buffed and re-coated. Keen handled all the surprises professionally. After the move, some of the smell of the oil-based polyurethane remained (Keen did warn me). I called and got very useful tips to airing out the smell quickly. Thank you for all the work and very helpful service.

I used the company's website to get a very accurate estimate for duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. I was pleasantly surprised when the company coordinates the visit between the carpet and duct cleaning teams without me asking (duct first, then carpet) so the whole house is left very clean and fresh. The job is done professionally and the crew is very courteous. I have been recommending them to all my neighbors ever since.

I previously called a local company whose tech came late and says I need parts or a new furnace. I then called Fred for a second opinion. Fred came promptly, diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and fixed it in 10 minutes. Awesome! I am very impressed with his professionalism and expertise. Fred maybe my 2nd call this time, but this experience makes him our family's 1st choice going forward.
