I am incredibly disappointed in Leon's Whitby. After waiting for almost 3 months for a bed I ordered, I finally got verbal and email confirmation that the bed would be delivered on Friday. My husband took the day off work to wait for said delivery, only to be told on Friday that the delivery would not happen due to them not being able to deliver to our area. I waited on the phone for over 45 minutes for someone to tell me that they don't check the delivery area, but the delivery service does. So, the store confirms the delivery but the delivery service can cancel. Ok, so then what. 45 minutes to be told that we have to reschedule and take another day off. Very poor service. I can't even comment on the bed itself because I don't have it. This entire process has made me never want to purchase from Leon's again. I will purchase the remainder of my furniture from the other stores that have provided me with excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
