We were referred to Kronos by another company we wanted to fix a problem with our outlet. On the first meeting he seemed nice enough and showed up to provide us with a verbal quote. Afterwards our experience was regrettable. He did not return our calls to confirm our proposed dates for the job but instead just showed up on our doorstep (poor communication). Even though we let him in, he was unapologetic (lacks professionalism). He seemed rushed, did not explain the work being done (poor customer service), damaged our walls and then charged us extra $ for replacing the outlet that we had agreed upon in our initial quote (over charged). Unfortunately we will not use Kronos again and cannot recommend them to others.
