I came to this store to purchase flooring for my home. I had already purchased from you once and what a mistake it was coming back! The staff was extremely rude and basically told me to go shop somewhere else. I have never experienced such appalling service ANYWHERE in my life. My suggestion train your staff not to yell and be rude with the customers.... i watched them do the same thing to 2 other customers during my 10 min in the store. I unfortunately had to make a purchase due to my timelines in my project but i promise you that will be the last time and i will be sure to advise anyone i speak to to do the same .

These types of reviews are extremely distressing to us here at Brampton Hardwood Floors. We are very sorry that this reviewer feels this way. We pride ourselves on our exemplary customer service and expert advice, and would never allow the type of sales behaviour that Melanie speaks of. If this were the case, we certainly would not have grown from humble beginnings in Brampton almosty thirty years ago to the largest hardwood flooring store in the Greater Toronto Area, serving about thirty thousand satisfied customers per year. Melanie recently purchased some mouldings from us to compliment the hardwood flooring she also bought. After test painting a couple of mouldings herself at home, she called us demanding to return them all. We immediately offered to take back the unpainted mouldings, but unfortunately could not accept the painted ones as they were now unsellable. Unfortunately, Melanie insisted that even the mouldings she had painted would have to be returned. For obvious reasons, we could not do so and we had not heard further from her until seeing this hurtful review. We therefore thought that she had used the mouldings and was pleased with the results. It is very unfortunate that Melanie chose to do this rather than returning to speak to us about a resolution, but our sales manager is always here to help if she would like to come by.
