Rare skill, dense packed cellulose insulation
I built a super energy efficient townhouse with 16 thick walls of dense packed cellulose by Western Insulations. It is said for dense packed you need to find an experienced installer so the insulation doesnt sag and leave gaps at the top. The drywall guy said he has seen poor dense packed but Western Insulations are rock stars. Hire these guys!
