Oh no.........water on the floor by the washer!! Everyone's worst nightmare! I called Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park---thought I had a washer problem. I called and spoke with Olivia--she took the time to listen to me. She got someone scheduled to come out and look at the 'stupid' washer. I worked from home that day, and got a text they were on the way (with a photo of my technician, a great touch) and muchly appreciated so I could get my dogs put away before the doorbell rang. Russell, my tech, was fantastic. He listened closely, asked me questions---of course, I had no clue exactly where the water was coming from. He ran some tests, took the top off......and of course, everything worked perfectly. He then looked around at some of the piping in the basement----and had me do a few other tests in my kitchen. Turns out, I didn't have a washer issue, I had a drain issue. Other repairmen I had in could not diagnose it, but he was able to figure my problem out! He's a great tech---courteous, professional, and his experience was able to get to the root of my problem!! At least the mystery is now solved!! Anyways, I can't say enough about the staff there----both Olivia and Russell focussed on providing great customer service, and their professionalism and knowledge were top notch! Job well done by both of them, and I would not hesitate to recommend Mr. Appliance in Sherwood Park to anyone having frustrating appliance issues!! Thanks a bunch!!
