We can´t say enough about the service. When we requested quotes, Fortress was the only company that provided them in writing. Richard was very helpful in our decision making, and followed up with our order. Max our installer was amazing. He worked so hard all day to get the installation done. He was meticulous, pointed out some of the problems we had had with our old windows and then fixed the lack of proper framing and insulation before installing the new windows. Max was pleasant and respectful throughout the process. He left the project only after he had cleaned everything up. Would have him back anytime. Thank you Fortress for an amazing job.
