Replaced butcher block counter with Quartz from Zenith. After shopping around decided on Granstone for quoting better value. Some of the other places we considered were not very helpful or responsive because we were a single residential job rather than a builder/contractor, but this was the opposite at Granstone. They were very prompt responding to our inquiries from the initial quote to after service and were even pro-active in notifying us of any issues. The installers were professional and personable. The work they did was superior and our kitchen looks amazing. But what really confirmed for us that Granstone was the right choice was how they came through when things didn't go according to plan. On the day of installation they realized they were short a small piece for the bridge behind the stove. The installation was completed nonetheless with assurances that they would maintain a search for a spare piece of the quartz for the bridge. Hayley kept in regular contact with us to let us know the status which served to reassure us that they were going to come through. After two months and the holidays fast approaching, a spare piece had still not been found and we were growing concerned about entertaining with this small item unfinished. In recognition of this, Hayley said she would ask the owner if a slab could be ordered to finish the bridge in time. Within a few days the installers returned and installed it and we were able to happily show off our new counter to visitors. Throughout all of this Hayley and the installers were friendly and helpful. A lot of businesses will receive great reviews for completing a job according to plan, but the greatest reassurance is how well a business responds when circumstances interfere with things working out according to plan. Our experiences with Granstone provided us with the best reassurance possible and we are looking forward to using them again for our backsplash.

We had all of our windows replaced which included changing a large panel window to a bow window and building it up with a seat. We received multiple quotes with varying perks, but decided to go with Eco-Choice because they were the most clear and forthcoming with information. Gabe was very patient as we considered and changed our options. The whole process went smoothly and was completed exactly as scheduled. The gentlemen who performed the installation were friendly and worked with us as we coordinated insulation of our walls around the installation of the windows. The windows look and function great, especially the bow window; it has enhanced the appearance of our home.
