Joe arrived on time with all the promised tools, supplies and spare keys I requested to do the job correctly the first time. He even fixed the sticky door problem I couldnt find a solution for. He was friendly and professional as well as skilled at changing and installing high security locks. He called me a week later to ensure I was happy with everything and that it was all working well.
