I want to first start by thanking Ray, Mike, Dev and the rest of the crew for an amazing job!! I was really nervous about the move especially since i had read about quite a few horror stories with various companies. I came across Europa on Homestars and decided I'd give them a try based on their high rating and great reviews and they definitely lived up to their standards! The guys were very professional, punctual and had a great sense of humour! Europa did quote me higher than some of the other companies but i was given a flat rate since it was a distance move from Toronto to Ottawa and there was no hidden costs involved which was a total win win. Some of the companies that quoted lower would tell me but it's based on weight so if it's over it would be more or if it took longer hours it would be more and so on. I thought their price was very reasonable considering the work that was involved and the quality of their work! The movers were very atttentive to our home and belongings and took great care in ensuring everything was wrapped properly. I was amazed when they called me the day of the move to tell me that they would be running 15 min late, i thought it was quite professional considering they were only 15 min late. They arived at our new home in Ottawa at the exact time they said they would and waited patiently for half an hour for our agent to come drop off the keys. As far as our furniture, there was no damage worth mentioning! they took such great care with our furniture that everything arrived as it should! Thanks Guys for all your hard work especially to Mike and Dev who did both the move in Toronto and drove down to Ottawa to deliver and assemble the furniture for us the next day, you guys were amazing!! :) My husband and I were extremely satisifed with Europa and will definitely be recommending them to family and friends and using them again in the future!
