We could smell gas in our house when our fireplace was not in use. I shut off the gas and called Chris. He worked with my schedule and came to our home quickly. He did an assessment and noted that it had been a long time since cleaning had occurred. He cleaned the fireplace thoroughly and after he was done it was good as new with no gas smell or leak. Would recommend to anyone.
