WARNING: READ BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY! TLDR: They sneakily charged my widowed, disabled, mother $3200 for a MAX $600 job and refuse to refund. They did the work before providing an estimate as requested IF YOU NEED TO SERVE THEM, EMAIL ME. I HAVE ALL OF THEIR INFO. > My mother called > Alex (Service Rep) connected my mother with Iggy > My mother requested a quote > Iggy stated that a quote would not be possible without checking first (fair enough) > Iggy showed up, stated that he would assess the damage > Iggy knocked on her door (approx. 30 minutes later) and requested payment amounting to $3000 > Iggy advised that replacing the door would have costed $6000 > My mother paid the amount (This was her fault for not asking me or her brother who is garage repairman) > She contacted me immediately after. We called the credit card company and are in the process of taking this company to small claims > I checked their reviews and other companys which reference them. These people are illegitimate > I sneakily requested a quote from them (See attached quote. I also have a video call of myself talking to them over the phone and they provide a similar quote) > We've tried contacting them but they just do not respond.
