We asked Awash Roofing to repair our roof and that of 3 other townhouses which they completed in 1915. Both I and one other owner have both spent well over $1,000 since in repairs. Two years ago, another roofer inspected it and said there were a few problems, but mostly only one nail had been used where 3 were needed so they were not securely nailed and that I should be refunded for the extra expenses He sent an email to Kebreab to that effect. I heard nothing and talked to his secretary. I never heard a word back from Kebreab. Now still I have further shingles sitting in my driveway from the windstorm damage. Kebreab will do nothing about any of this. His work is inferior work. Moira

On your project we responded to 1 of 2 service calls caused by extreme heavy winds replaced blown off shingles and did a inspection of the entire roof and the remaining other units we did on your row to make sure there were no issues or loss shingles. The 2nd time you called due to wind damage again we were willing to service the damage at a cost of $300 which you declined as I mentioned that the damages were not covered because it was caused by heavy winds.
