#1...why? 1. Found vermiculite insulation (some contain asbestos) UNDER other insulation in the attic. That alone was worth the money we spent. 2. Was very thorough. 3. Down to earth, straight up and to the point. 4. On time (got there before we did!). 5. All around impressed with his excellent service.

Wasn't that the house were the listing agent knew it was there and when it was brought to his attention he mentioned that it had already been tested for asbestos and came back negitive? Then when you asked to see the lab report no one could produce it? So as it turns out it did contain asbestos! Good thing you didn't listen to him.
