I waited until I could comment on the effects of winter since that was my main reason for getting the extra insulation and torch on roof. The whole house is definitely keeping the heat in now as Peter said. I'll see the difference in Jan or Feb when it really gets cold. I had my house re-roofed with insulation and torch on. They also did the garage with normal shingles. Both jobs were done well and the two different crews were polite and helpful to point out what was being done. Clean up was good (just a few screws in the gutters), but otherwise clean. So far I'm very happy with the results. I look forward to see how it performs in deep winter. Thanks Peter and crews.

Hired them to expand a basement window. They called to inform me they would be late, but that worked for me since my window crew were having some difficulties. When they arrived there was only one person but he was prepared to do the full job. He was very couteous and worked with the window crew to cut the concrete. I was very happy and satisfied with the work and cleanup.

Called to have someone come out to clean the ducts and funace. 1st technician had an accident and had to have another technician come from off duty. A couple hours later, but still that day they checked the house (vents, water tank, furnace) and let me know that everything was very clean from the last cleaning 2 years ago! Thanks for being honest and not wasting time to let me know. I will call again without a doubt. Have used Ram for over 12 years for the 3 homes I've lived in and they've always taken care of things and cleaned up after every job. Prices usually seemed competative as well.

Had a furnance fail on a saturday night and could not get a hold of any company until I actually talked to someone at Fagnan's at 7am on Sunday. Everyone else was "closed" or just an answering machine. Had someone contact me in an hour after the initial call. John was able to show up in 2 hours and fix the issues in an hour and had all the parts on board (even though it was an older model lennox furnace). Gave great advice and was very curtious and cleaned up after himself. Thanks for the quick response and showing me the issues.
